How to order
At Must Love Furniture, we believe that each and every one of our customers is truly unique and original. That is why we encourage you to please contact us so that we can address your specific needs.
Because Must Love Furniture makes all furniture to order, each product has a lead time—the time from the moment you place an order to the moment you receive it. The lead time includes the time necessary to build and ship your order.
Orders require a 50% deposit. Delivery time is usually 8 weeks or less, but may take up to 12 weeks.
Modifications and Cancellations
Because each one of our products is built to order, the time frame to make changes to or cancel your order is limited—no modification can be made once a product has entered the production stage.

All prices are CDN dollars. Sales tax must be added to all sales.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Interac, certified checks and bank transfers may also be used at your convenience.
- All orders must be paid upon reception (COD).
- All prices shown are prior to leaving our warehouse.
- All goods remain the property of Must Love Furniture until payment is made in full.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Must Love Furniture will ship goods to any address in Canada and the United States, taking the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives undamaged and in a timely fashion. Shipment to a P.O. Box, however, will be refused. The shipping method will be determined according to the size of the products as well as the number of items on the order.
When products are sold in case packs —to ensure their protection during shipping—under no circumstances will Must Love Furniture sell them in packs of any other size than those stated.
Damages & Freight Claims
Each of our products is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before it is allowed to leave our premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt, and reported to Must Love Furniture immediately thereafter. Description of claim must be precise, specific, and clearly written.
If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 30% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. All returns must bear a Return Authorization number (RA), issued by Must Love Furniture, in order to be accepted at our warehouse. The RA number is to be written clearly on the bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. No return will be accepted without such RA number. Credit or refund will only be issued by Must Love Furniture after the returned merchandise has been counted and inspected by our warehouse staff. Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Must Love Furniture offers no warranty, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular use, and will not be held responsible for inappropriate installation, deficient maintenance, abuse of any sort, normal wear and tear, or failures reported once the warranty period has expired. Must Love Furniture will assume no responsibility for claims in excess of its own charges for any product. Solely to the extent and in the manner set forth herein, Must Love Furniture warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. Must Love Furniture will repair or replace merchandise—at its own discretion—after inspection at its facility. Transportation fees are always the customer’s responsibility.
To the extent not prohibited by law, Must Love Furniture will under no circumstances bear any further liability other than expressed above, whether direct or consequential. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and save Must Love Furniture harmless from any and all liability whatsoever which may arise from the use by the customer, or by others, of the service or merchandise provided hereunder. Must Love Furniture will not be held responsible for loss of use, replacement cost, rental value, loss of sleep, or any and all discomfort resulting from a warrantable failure, or any other incidental or consequential damage.
